This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main customer-facing representative for potential clinical, technical/IT, and operational leaders during go-to-market efforts.
• Communicate product value propositions and ensure that customer stakeholders comprehend new product functionalities.
• Identify, assess, and target ideal locations for strategic pilots and proof-of-concept deployments.
• Establish proof-of-concept structures, workflows, clinical/technical success metrics, and frameworks for evidence-building in collaboration with customer teams.
• Organize timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment between internal TMS teams and external customer stakeholders.
• Gather, systematize, and convey qualitative and quantitative feedback from pilot sites to Product Management, Marketing, and R&D.
• Assess pilot impact, analyze success metrics, and develop data-driven recommendations for commercial market growth alongside the Business Intelligence GTM Analyst.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new markets based on pilot results, customer case studies, and evidence.
• Execute other reasonable employment tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
• 3–5+ years of customer-facing experience in project management, strategic partnerships, product marketing, or business development.
• Preferred experience in Healthcare IT, Health Systems, or Medical Device software.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate software implementations, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept projects involving clinical and healthcare IT stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Strong project management capabilities, including defining scope, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare customer roles, including clinical end-users, nurse managers, IT administrators, and hospital executive leadership.
• Capacity to quickly learn complex software products like CPOE and SaaS platforms and represent them effectively to clinical and technical audiences.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to distill complex customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams.
• Self-motivated individual with high integrity, independence, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to work in a remote setting with frequent cross-departmental collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for customer site visits, pilot launches, and in-person planning meetings.
