This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the partnership operating plan, encompassing partner-driven ARR, partner-influenced ARR, partner-generated sales-accepted pipeline, attribution rules, portfolio priorities, and patient-impact narrative.
• Convert partnership strategy into actionable quarterly execution priorities across platform, network, association, and regional ecosystem partners.
• Facilitate execution across Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Professional Services, Finance, RevOps, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
• Advise on investment decisions, adjustments, scaling, or discontinuation of partnerships based on performance, pipeline, attribution, readiness, dependencies, and impact metrics.
• Lead the operational cadence for key partnerships related to EHR, platform, API/interoperability, data, workflow, referrals, co-selling, networks, payers, ACO/CIN, funders, and sponsored programs.
• Transform opportunities into collaborative plans that detail joint value, commercial models, implementation processes, legal/compliance requirements, and success metrics.
• Ensure stakeholders are held accountable for partnership milestones and address any blockers or trade-offs that arise.
• Confirm product, technical, implementation, financial, privacy, support, and compliance implications prior to any market-facing commitments.
• Develop scalable referral, co-sell, marketplace, sponsored-program, association, network, and integration-enabling processes.
• Establish the partnership operating system, which includes segmentation, engagement rules, mutual plans, handoffs, scorecards, QBRs, attribution, and success criteria.
• Leverage AI, automation, CRM/PRM workflows, dashboards, and meeting intelligence to enhance partner operations.
• Create portfolio maps, align ARR definitions and decision rights, launch scorecards and QBRs, formulate priority partner plans, and present portfolio strategy within the first 90 days.
• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, channel partnerships, partner sales, healthcare SaaS, digital health, health technology, or related commercial partnerships.
• Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships as an individual contributor with measurable outcomes linked to partner-driven ARR, partner-influenced ARR, partner-sourced pipeline, co-selling, referrals, sponsored programs, expansion, market access, patient/customer impact, or joint value creation.
• Capability to orchestrate cross-departmental initiatives without direct authority across Growth, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Strategy, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial structuring involving partner economics, pricing, revenue sharing, referral fees, co-sell terms, sponsored program structures, and complex partnership agreements.
• Sound judgment regarding product, technical, implementation, legal, and compliance aspects.
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability concepts such as APIs, HL7, FHIR, EHR integrations, data exchange, implementation readiness, support burden, and contract risk.
• Strong operational discipline using AI, automation, CRM/PRM, analytics, scorecards, QBRs, or workflow tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
