This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.
• Create narratives for categories, consumers, and growth that align with strategic pillars, go-to-market priorities, and customer requirements.
• Transform consumer, market, customer, and competitive intelligence into actionable implications, recommendations, and opportunity frameworks.
• Construct compelling category stories, customer-oriented narratives, thought leadership materials, and opportunity frameworks.
• Assist in and ultimately take charge of customer innovation sessions and workshops, overseeing everything from planning to facilitation and follow-up.
• Track shifts in categories and consumer behavior, competitive actions, and emerging opportunities to uncover growth potential.
• Direct strategic marketing efforts, including commercialization planning, launch support, growth-platform activation, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate the performance of campaigns and programs, translating KPIs and market feedback into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Innovation, Product Management, Science, Market & Consumer Insights, and Regional Marketing.
• Transition work from uncertainty to clear plans, high-quality outputs, and actionable insights.
• Oversee commercialization and launch support, which includes positioning, messaging, customer activation tools, sales enablement resources, and market-readiness strategies.
• Act as the strategic marketing lead for designated category growth platforms.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Consumer Insights, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 4 to 7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, business intelligence, marketing, category management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in working with consumer, customer, market, competitive, or syndicated intelligence, synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Capability to identify implications, develop recommendations, and connect insights to business opportunities.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong initiative, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, including research, synthesis, writing, presentation development, planning, and follow-through.
• Proficient in building productive cross-functional relationships and presenting recommendations to both internal and customer stakeholders.
