Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on pertinent discussions, inquiries, and user requirements on platforms like Reddit and Quora

• Create high-quality posts, comments, and answers that deliver genuine value to users

• Oversee Think Academy’s subreddit, which includes content planning, posting, user engagement, and moderation

• Foster relationships and uphold a credible presence within relevant communities

• Monitor content performance and proactively discover new growth possibilities

• Identify and assess emerging online communities that align with Think Academy’s target demographics

• Analyze the culture, user behavior, content standards, and participation guidelines of each community

• Formulate customized engagement strategies for relevant communities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of practical experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities

• Exceptional English writing, editing, and research capabilities

• Strong proficiency in analyzing user intent and audience requirements

• Knowledge of Reddit culture, subreddit regulations, moderation, and engagement best practices

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Strong sense of ownership regarding projects and their outcomes

• Preferred: Experience in managing or growing a branded subreddit

• Preferred: Familiarity with K–12 education or content aimed at parents

• Preferred: Experience with community analytics, organic growth strategies, or SEO
