This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Outline the engagement strategy for active providers throughout their lifecycle journey.
• Recognize key moments, behaviors, and opportunities where lifecycle marketing can significantly impact.
• Create programs that transition providers from activation to product adoption and sustained engagement.
• Manage segmentation, trigger logic, sequencing, testing, and deployment across email and in-product channels.
• Design and implement journeys utilizing Iterable and Intercom.
• Conduct experiments focusing on audience, messaging, channel, and timing.
• Establish success metrics prior to launch and apply insights to enhance future initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Creative teams.
• Align lifecycle programs with product priorities to ensure a seamless provider experience across all channels.
• Oversee lifecycle performance metrics related to activation, feature adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Leverage performance insights to inform future investment decisions.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketplace, subscription, or product-led environment.
• Proven track record of developing lifecycle programs that effectively altered customer behavior.
• Capability to manage customer journeys and articulate the targeted behavior, the developed solutions, and the resulting business outcomes.
• Proficiency in crafting a six-month roadmap and independently constructing journeys in Iterable or a comparable platform.
• Experience in forming hypotheses, establishing success criteria before launch, analyzing results, and refining programs.
• Familiarity with utilizing behavioral data for segmentation and triggered experiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product teams to identify key adoption moments.
• Ability to connect in-product and out-of-product experiences.
• Expertise with Iterable and Intercom.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
