This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the market access strategy, serving as the representative for the function on Brand Teams and facilitating access discussions for products and pipeline assets throughout their full life cycle.
• Ensure that market access strategies in Brazil align with the regional and global teams responsible for the product or portfolio.
• Create and ensure the execution of integrated access, pricing, and value-generation strategies tailored for various stakeholders within the healthcare system.
• Develop value propositions, materials, and tools for market access stakeholders in accordance with account segmentation, effectively conveying the value of the product or portfolio.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Pricing, and other cross-functional teams to define the incorporation and funding strategy for technologies within both public and private healthcare systems, including ANS and CONITEC.
• Guarantee the generation, interpretation, and application of clinical, economic, and value evidence necessary to support decisions regarding coverage, incorporation, and adoption for the technologies.
• Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global teams to ensure that the market access strategy aligns with business objectives and the organization’s global priorities.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive experience in Market Access, access strategy, health policy, or related areas, with a demonstrated history of defining and executing access, pricing, and value strategies.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, HTA, and both public and private healthcare systems—including ANS and CONITEC—as well as the dynamics of payers and decision-makers.
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with HEOR, Pricing, Medical, Commercial, and other partner functions, with the capability to lead strategic discussions and influence decisions.
• Skilled in translating market trends, regulatory changes, and payer insights into strategic market access initiatives, with a strong focus on results and KPI governance.
• Proficient or fluent in English.
• Previous experience in market access within highly complex therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Familiarity with or experience in submission and incorporation processes in public and/or private healthcare systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in senior roles with significant strategic interaction with the business and external stakeholders is preferred.
