Strategic Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the key technical resource for our largest clients, offering expertise on product deployment, integration, and optimization.

• Spearhead the technical onboarding process for new strategic clients.

• Deliver continuous technical support and resolve issues for enterprise clients.

• Champion customer needs within the organization.

• Align Fingerprint's product roadmap with client priorities to foster broader product adoption.

• Gather feedback on performance and feature requirements, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

• Establish strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders within enterprise accounts.

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

• Monitor and assess customer health metrics and usage statistics.

• Utilize visualization tools to extract insights and generate reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Convert findings into actionable strategies.

• Travel infrequently to meet customers on-site.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software context with large accounts.

• Proficient hands-on JavaScript experience in a professional setting, particularly in debugging or creating integrations.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and various web services.

• Strong SQL proficiency; experience with PostgreSQL is preferred.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and contemporary API architectures.

• Experience with at least one supported SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java) is preferred.

• Experience in deploying serverless functions or working with Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda is advantageous.

• Outstanding troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to excel in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

• Skill in working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Proficient with macOS.

• Comfortable working fully remotely utilizing Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
