Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Directly guide customers and partner organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding project strategies.

• Develop tailored onboarding plans based on customer requirements and acquired services.

• Consult, strategize, and assist with JumpCloud deployments within customer environments.

• Address technical onboarding and API integration challenges via email or remote web sessions.

• Perform intricate migration or configuration tasks within customer environments when necessary.

• Collaborate with colleagues, mentors, and community forum leaders to deliver effective solutions.

• Keep customers informed about action plans, recommendations, and possible JumpCloud applications.

• Achieve or surpass implementation service level agreements (SLAs).

• Enhance JumpCloud platform adoption and usage through knowledge transfer and product demonstrations.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during onboarding by managing projects and accounts, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining clear communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be residing in Brazil.

• Must have authorization to work in Brazil.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

• A technical background in identity and access management is required.

• Experience in consulting, planning, and assisting with platform deployments.

• Capability to work in customer environments on migration or configuration tasks.

• Familiarity with AD/LDAP, O365/G-Suite, enterprise MDMs, and API integrations utilizing OAUTH/SCIM.
