📋 Description

• Assist in customer onboarding and implementation tasks by adhering to established procedures and workflows.

• Collect and validate data from spreadsheets, CRM systems, and various online platforms.

• Access digital platforms to complete account setup and configuration activities.

• Add users, connect accounts, gather information, and fulfill implementation-related tasks.

• Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Facebook/Meta, Google Business Profile, Yext, and other web-based applications.

• Retrieve and organize data for onboarding and implementation teams.

• Extract and share account details, configuration information, and website embed codes.

• Identify any missing or incomplete data and adhere to internal protocols to address it.

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to handoff.

• Maintain consistency and a keen eye for detail in repetitive, process-oriented tasks.

• Communicate with internal teams primarily through written and asynchronous methods.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Comfortable handling repetitive, structured, and process-oriented tasks.

• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and established workflows effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and capability to manage information from various sources.

• Proficient in navigating web-based tools and learning new platforms.

• Good written communication skills.

• Ability to identify when information is missing or unclear and take appropriate action.

• Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with HubSpot, Yext, Facebook/Meta Business tools, Google Business Profile, CRM platforms, ticketing or task-management systems, website or CMS platforms, or digital onboarding/implementation processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
