Implementation Engineer – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead implementations autonomously and take ownership of complete modules and workflows, from configuration to user validation.

• Gather requirements during discovery sessions and translate them into implementation specifications, POCs, and demos for the client.

• Configure AI agents (RAG, domain topics, business rules).

• Build API integrations and set up n8n connections with client systems.

• Collaborate with AI agents to develop, test, and document, ensuring validation and correction of their outputs.

• Transform repetitive tasks into templates, workflows, or reusable agents.

• Conduct testing and debugging activities.

• Document outcomes and keep technical documentation updated.

• Report progress and risks in a timely manner.

• Escalate issues with analysis and proposed solutions.

• Assist in defining standards and practices for team AI usage.

• Be responsible for end-to-end complex implementations of Silia in enterprise accounts.

• Map client processes, design agents, build integrations, and take them to production.

• Ensure accountability for scope, timelines, and quality commitments while maintaining client stability, security, and trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a backend or fullstack developer, or in the technical implementation or integration of SaaS platforms.

• Proven experience with API integrations in production (REST, webhooks, OAuth, JSON/XML).

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.

• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or others) into a real application or process.

• Regular use of agent-based AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar).

• Experience working directly with clients or business users.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Reside in Latin America.

• Desirable: Experience with n8n or another automation platform.

• Desirable: Experience with RAG.

• Desirable: Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Graph) or WhatsApp Business API.

• Desirable: Cloud experience (AWS, Azure).
