Forward Deployed Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Implement comprehensive platform deployments within Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel for new clients.

• Integrate log sources, set up data connectors, and verify ingestion pipelines.

• Install and deploy TENEX security content, which includes parsers, dashboards, detections, and playbooks, into customer SIEM/SOAR systems.

• Utilize standardized playbooks to provide MDR coverage while adhering to target SLOs.

• Diagnose connectivity, ingestion, and configuration challenges during the deployment process.

• Educate clients on how to navigate, comprehend, and derive value from their implemented platform.

• Record deployment configurations and handoff documentation for the support team going forward.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous customer deployments.

• Raise technical obstacles to Senior Engineers or Management as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity, IT operations, cloud engineering, or a related technical area.

• Practical experience with SIEM platforms, especially Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel.

• Proficient in log source onboarding, data connectors, and configuring ingestion pipelines.

• Knowledge of Bindplane, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, or comparable data pipeline technologies.

• Experience in scripting with Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.

• Familiarity with networking principles and security operations workflows.

• Background in GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing situations.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-performance startup environment.
