Strategic Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the enhancement of safety, efficiency, and sustainability for customers utilizing Samsara’s IoT platform.

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for large-scale enterprise clients.

• Develop launch strategies and roadmaps to boost product engagement.

• Monitor the progress of implementations, participation rates, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara’s technology to both executives and daily users.

• Address customer challenges across a variety of use cases.

• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Act as a mentor to the Customer Success and Support teams.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Samsara platform and articulate its features to customers.

• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position.

• Preferred experience in Enterprise SaaS.

• Strong skills in priority management coupled with high emotional intelligence.

• Experience in supporting or working with technical products.

• Solutions-oriented mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent consultative skills with experience in comprehensive system implementations.

• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users.

• A passion for initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Diplomacy, tact, and composure when addressing customer concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Preferred experience in serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.

• Must be a resident of the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

• May require up to 10% travel to customer sites, including overnight stays.
