Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with district leaders to offer implementation assistance to mid-sized districts.

• Work alongside school and district partners to develop and execute professional development plans.

• Travel regionally to support designated districts, which includes facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits.

• Conduct live and virtual professional development sessions to enhance engagement and utilization of IXL.

• Analyze data to inform decision-making and plan subsequent actions.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to nurture and expand customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and exploring other pre-sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a K-12 teaching environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in delivering professional development.

• Preference for candidates with experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development.

• Experience with supporting district implementations is preferred.

• Outstanding presentation abilities; comfortable presenting to both teachers and administrators.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

• Must be organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and quick to learn, with a strong desire to enhance education through technology.

• Must possess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Must reside near a major airport.

• Must be located in Northern California.
