Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with district leaders to offer implementation assistance to mid-sized districts

• Work alongside school and district partners to design and execute professional development plans

• Travel within the region to designated districts, facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits

• Provide both live and virtual professional development sessions to enhance IXL engagement and usage

• Analyze data to inform decision-making and plan subsequent actions

• Collaborate with the Sales team to nurture and expand customer relationships, including support for pilots and pre-sales initiatives

• Assist districts in transitioning from initial adoption to consistent and effective use of IXL to promote student growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required

• Over 5 years of experience in K-12 teaching; experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or educational technology professional development is highly preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in providing professional development

• Experience in supporting district implementations is strongly preferred

• Outstanding presentation skills; comfortable addressing teachers and administrators

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative demeanor

• Organized, methodical, and detail-focused; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Self-motivated and quick to learn, with a passion for enhancing education through technology

• Strategic thinker and adept problem-solver

• Must reside near a major airport

• Willingness to travel to assist districts in Pennsylvania
