Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with district leaders to provide implementation assistance to mid-sized districts.

• Work alongside school and district partners to develop and execute a professional development strategy that fosters successful IXL implementation.

• Travel regionally to designated districts, which includes facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits.

• Conduct live and virtual professional development sessions to enhance IXL engagement and usage.

• Analyze data to inform decision-making and devise subsequent steps.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage and expand customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and handling other pre-sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

• Over 5 years of experience teaching in a K-12 environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in delivering professional development.

• Preferred experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or educational technology professional development.

• Strongly preferred experience in supporting district implementations.

• Outstanding presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and school administrators.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.

• Capable of prioritizing and effectively managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, from initiation to completion.

• Self-motivated and quick to learn, with a passion for enhancing education through technology.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Must reside near a major airport.
