Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with district leaders to deliver implementation support to mid-sized districts.

• Work alongside school and district partners to develop and execute professional development plans that facilitate successful IXL implementation.

• Travel regionally to designated districts, which includes leading in-person professional development sessions and conducting quarterly visits; anticipate up to 60% travel during the back-to-school period and up to 40% for the remainder of the year.

• Conduct both live and virtual professional development sessions to enhance IXL engagement and usage.

• Analyze data to inform decision-making and strategize subsequent actions.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to nurture and expand customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a K-12 educational environment; experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or educational technology professional development is highly preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in delivering professional development.

• Previous experience in supporting district implementations is strongly preferred.

• Outstanding presentation skills; comfortable in front of both teachers and administrators.

• Strong interpersonal skills; dynamic, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative.

• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously from initiation to completion.

• Self-motivated and quick to learn, with a commitment to enhancing education through technology.

• Strategic thinker and effective problem-solver.

• Must reside near a major airport.

• Must be based in Texas.
