Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide mid-market and enterprise clients through successful implementations and launches.

• Ensure customers adhere to optimal timelines and realize their first value promptly.

• Highlight the benefits of Greenhouse through implementation and assist customers in overcoming obstacles.

• Offer support and guidance by showcasing product, service, and best-practice expertise.

• Manage system design, product training, configuration, and organizational rollout strategies.

• Represent client needs and product requests to internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition post-implementation.

• Work with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and reporting tasks.

• Develop expertise in all Greenhouse products.

• Manage additional projects and responsibilities as business needs arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles with global organizations and multiple stakeholders.

• Over 2 years of experience engaging with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).

• Proven background in delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects.

• Ability to simplify terminology and concepts for diverse audiences.

• Experience communicating with various customer personas at leadership levels.

• Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus.

• Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
