This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate calls with prospective real estate agents to evaluate their interest and qualifications.

• Create growth opportunities through both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.

• Engage in cold-calling, texting, and emailing potential candidates within designated markets.

• Clearly communicate the Crown Homes value proposition and manage objections effectively.

• Arrange recruitment presentations for Strategic Growth Managers.

• Oversee candidate follow-ups and maintain regular touchpoints.

• Act as the primary contact for recruitment leads referred by the CEO.

• Keep recruitment activity records updated in the CRM system.

• Provide assistance with administrative tasks within the Growth department.

• Work alongside Strategic Growth Managers to enhance prospecting strategies.

• Foster engagement with both new and existing leads through strategic follow-up communications.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is highly desirable.

• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

• Strong ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain organized.

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

• Must have a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet access.

• Preference for candidates residing in the Eastern time zone, or those willing to consistently work Eastern Time hours.

• Operates on Eastern Time.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
