This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the advertising strategy and continuous optimization for a range of Amazon accounts.
• Oversee campaign structures, bidding, budgeting, targeting, search terms, and negative keywords.
• Evaluate account performance and pinpoint opportunities across advertising, organic growth, conversion rates, catalogue health, and competitive positioning.
• Formulate and sustain account strategies, including traffic and conversion plans tailored to client objectives, search data, and competitive insights.
• Discover opportunities for listing and catalogue enhancements and collaborate with the support team for improvements.
• Plan and manage promotions, significant retail events, and inventory requirements.
• Facilitate regular client calls, reporting, and strategic discussions.
• Keep abreast of updates on the Amazon platform, advertising modifications, emerging tools, and AI advancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Amazon, channel specialists, and support partners.
• Streamline processes, document successful practices, experiment with tools, and share knowledge with the team.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
• Demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and optimizing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of Amazon advertising metrics, including ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Experience in optimizing Amazon listings and catalogues, including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, A+ Content, images, and variations.
• Familiarity with Amazon promotions, inventory forecasting, and restocking strategies.
• Working knowledge of Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and tools like Helium 10.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in direct client interactions, including leading calls and presenting performance and strategies.
• Strategic mindset connecting Amazon execution with broader business and growth objectives.
• Highly analytical, comfortable using data to uncover opportunities, address performance issues, and inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex Amazon data into straightforward recommendations.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines independently.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
