This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee marketing initiatives across email, social media, the website, and industry events.
• Manage content calendars, assets, and approval processes.
• Assist in writing and scheduling blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media updates.
• Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry developments.
• Discover insights and opportunities for products and services.
• Create and maintain prioritized lists of target organizations and contacts.
• Help identify decision-makers and avenues for new business discussions.
• Recognize growth opportunities for current clients.
• Prepare research materials, briefings, and sales documentation.
• Provide support for conference participation, sponsorships, and marketing materials.
• Execute outreach before events and follow up afterwards.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Report on campaign outcomes and business development activities.
• Transform findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Approximately 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong, engaging written communication skills.
• Confidence in adapting content for various audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, data, and CRM systems.
• A curious and thoughtful approach to research.
• Clear and friendly communication style.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating within a largely remote team.
• Initiative and a willingness to learn, share ideas, and seek support.
• Experience in supporting marketing campaigns or creating content is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn would be beneficial.
• Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or agency setting is a plus.
• An interest in arts and culture is a plus.
