Strategic Consultant, Smart Recruiters, SAP Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional consulting, project management, and support services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Offer strategic consulting insights for talent acquisition and HR project initiatives, along with system integrator partnerships.

• Adhere to project delivery methodologies while advocating for industry best practices.

• Ensure high-quality execution and completion rates for client engagements.

• Develop and/or execute change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training initiatives.

• Offer functional process and design support to evaluate current and future states of people, processes, and technology.

• Deliver strategic recommendations, achieve successful project outcomes, and execute system implementations.

• Collect feedback to identify business requirements, pain points, and gaps, facilitating best-practice recommendations.

• Foster a positive team atmosphere and contribute to broader business objectives through company meetings and initiatives.

• Collaborate with peers and colleagues, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

• Experience in client-facing roles supporting the complete lifecycle of project/program execution using an established technology implementation methodology.

• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing talent acquisition implementations with increasing responsibility.

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

• At least 2 years of consulting experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA/HR functions and systems, including prospect engagement, sourcing, recruiting, and analytics.

• Proven ability to facilitate successful technology solution implementations.

• Experience in developing and executing change management, communications, testing, and training materials.

• Familiarity with SmartRecruiters is required.

• Experience with other systems such as Paradox, Workday, SAP, and Oracle is desirable.

• Comprehensive understanding of organizational design, resource productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies, and process optimization.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and related software.
