This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by evaluating client needs and proposing effective solutions.
• Manage intricate client projects by implementing industry-leading practices.
• Create, tailor, and uphold project documentation such as RFPs and timelines.
• Ensure project scope, timeline, and budget adhere to the established plan or statement of work.
• Facilitate project workshops, vendor sessions, meetings, communications, and other essential project activities.
• Offer expertise in the conversion, implementation, and merger of banking and credit union solutions.
• Monitor, address, and escalate project risks, gaps, and challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Analyze market trends in the financial industry and engage in solution demonstrations.
• Keep track of vendor changes, competitor activities, system updates, and functionality enhancements.
• Represent client and Engage fi interests during vendor interactions.
• Assist in reviewing, improving, implementing, and developing best-practice tools.
• Record and track project billing hours and budgets.
• Mentor and guide Engage fi team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor sectors.
• Preference for candidates with prior leadership roles, project management experience, and familiarity with core banking conversions.
• Extensive knowledge of core banking systems and associated vendors, solutions, tools, and processes.
• Experience in executing vendor selection technology projects that involve both standard and customized solutions.
• Strong understanding of vendor technology contracts, general business contract terms, and analysis of vendor proposal pricing.
• Capability to manage external third-party vendors and clients/customers, including their personnel, consultants, and designated subcontractors.
• Ability to facilitate innovative problem-solving sessions with leadership teams across diverse business areas.
• Competence in presenting intricate solutions to senior leadership teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and organize work efficiently.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Capable of sitting for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
