This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster the adoption and measurable impacts within a range of enterprise accounts.
• Act as the primary accountability point for client health across the account portfolio.
• Convert adoption metrics, business outcomes, and engagement signals into actionable success strategies.
• Identify accounts at risk and spearhead remediation plans, broaden use cases, or escalate to executives as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on success strategies, commercial priorities, and relationship milestones.
• Promote proactive, outcome-oriented engagement with assigned accounts.
• Participate in client business reviews, showcasing health and adoption metrics along with recommendations.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Intapp Intake, Conflicts & Terms, while applying general knowledge across Intapp product lines.
• Consult with clients after deployment to leverage solution features and fulfill organizational requirements.
• Enhance market presence through user group leadership, client community engagement, and industry thought leadership.
• Represent customer feedback on new features and development priorities.
• Stay informed about Intapp’s product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in client success, solution advisory, or consulting roles, particularly serving professional services firms in the legal sector.
• Proven expertise with Intapp Intake, Conflicts, and/or Terms or within the risk management and compliance domains in law or professional services firms.
• Demonstrated capability to manage client success for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative and communication abilities.
• Experience in change management or developing adoption strategies for enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to distill input from various sources into clear recommendations for clients.
• Resourceful in problem-solving, results-driven, and possesses strong time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–20% of the year.
• Experience with the broader Intapp product suite is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial, practice, and document management systems, as well as third-party data providers, is advantageous.
• Background in a publicly traded, growth-oriented software company is preferred.
