This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, events, and trusted relationships within the Australian enterprise sector.
• Facilitate in-person sales discussions and oversee intricate, multi-stakeholder opportunities from the point of qualified interest to the closure of paid discovery.
• Articulate Labrynth’s technology and delivery model in a comprehensible manner to nontechnical decision-makers while engaging effectively with CTOs and technical leaders.
• Leverage implementation experience to address high-level inquiries without committing to unverified architecture, scope, effort, or delivery results.
• Involve technical leaders in the sales process when deeper validation is necessary.
• Ensure a clear and context-rich handoff to discovery and implementation teams.
• Act as the primary owner of the commercial relationship throughout active engagements.
• Foster trust and finalize implementation, expansion, and renewal opportunities.
• Keep the sales pipeline and forecasts up to date.
• Proven track record of advancing and closing complex enterprise sales with accountability for revenue or quotas.
• Significant prior hands-on experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, implementation, or as a technical founder.
• Capability to explain AI and software concepts to nontechnical buyers and engage credibly with CTOs, architects, security teams, and engineers.
• Comfortable with networking, presenting, negotiating, and soliciting business.
• Understanding of consultative sales and the ability to sell paid discovery without misrepresenting the final solution as fully scoped.
• Ability to navigate lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving business owners, operators, technology, security, procurement, and executives.
• Skill in discerning when to respond based on experience, when to involve a technical expert, and how to avoid overpromising.
• Familiarity with contemporary software, AI systems, data, cloud infrastructure, integrations, security, and delivery risks.
• Proficient in managing multiple concurrent opportunities and client relationships with diligent follow-through, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Committed to maintaining engagement post-handoff to safeguard relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals.
• Integrity in differentiating between known, plausible, and unresolved issues that necessitate paid discovery and technical validation.
• Willingness to travel frequently and engage meaningfully with customers in person.
• Engage in high-impact work at the intersection of AI and critical infrastructure regulation.
• Gain meaningful ownership of enterprise relationships, revenue, and HubLab’s expansion across Australia.
• Regular access to senior business and technology leaders.
• Support from experienced HubLab and Labrynth discovery and implementation teams.
• Senior individual-contributor position with the opportunity to influence the technical sales approach.
