This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Acquire new employer business through a consultative, comprehensive sales approach.
• Develop, oversee, prioritize, and cultivate pipelines of employer prospects within health plan initiatives.
• Facilitate calls and meetings with external collaborators and employer stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and finalize contracts.
• Create nurturing strategies for stalled or previously lost opportunities.
• Enhance sales and account management processes, including transitions from sales to activation to growth, as well as ordering and fulfillment pathways.
• Act as a primary contact for existing healthcare partnerships.
• Track account performance and engagement metrics.
• Identify and pursue upselling, expansion, renewal, reactivation, and reference opportunities.
• Collect partner feedback and convert it into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, legal, and other internal teams.
• Professionally represent Oura’s healthcare partnership initiatives.
• Achieve signed employer accounts, measurable partnership engagement and outcomes, revenue from expansion or reactivation, and concrete process enhancements within the first year.
• Over 5 years of experience in a combination of new-business/net-new sales and post-sale account growth or client success, preferably in digital health, employee benefits, health plans, HR technology, or a similar B2B enterprise setting with lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• A "fixer" mindset — adept at navigating established processes while consistently seeking gaps, workarounds, or inefficiencies, and proactive in addressing them.
• Confidence in leading external-facing meetings independently, including with senior stakeholders, and possessing the executive presence to build trust swiftly.
• Proven track record of enhancing or scaling existing sales or account management operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate partnership stories into tailored presentations for buyers.
• High self-motivation and follow-through; capable of pursuing next steps and advancing deals with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations teams.
• Ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company where priorities may change quickly.
• Must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
