This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate executive relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Facilitate value realization across TruBridge’s revenue cycle management services, EHR, and third-party offerings.
• Formulate and execute client success and recovery strategies focused on retention, satisfaction, risk mitigation, and growth objectives.
• Stay informed about client organizations and healthcare landscapes.
• Assess client satisfaction and engagement through feedback, executive dialogues, solution adoption, service performance, and relationship metrics.
• Generate value realization reports that highlight client ROI and guide renewals and growth prospects.
• Connect qualified clients with the TruBridge reference program.
• Conduct executive performance evaluations, translating revenue cycle data into actionable improvements for cash collections, accounts receivable, denial outcomes, billing efficiency, and financial health.
• Lead cross-functional Financial Health teams and subject matter experts in identifying challenges and carrying out corrective action plans.
• Act as the executive escalation point for significant revenue cycle management service and performance issues.
• Manage client relationships and execution, ensuring accountability for retention, renewal readiness, satisfaction, risk reduction, and sustainable growth.
• Oversee client risks, mitigation strategies, accountable parties, timelines, and escalations.
• Identify and assess upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with sales teams.
• Establish best practices for managing client profitability, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-offs, and contractual dealings.

• Perform additional job-related duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in enhancing healthcare revenue cycle performance.
• Familiarity with cash collections, accounts receivable aging, denial rates, billing quality, and contractual outcomes.
• Track record of improving client satisfaction, safeguarding renewals, minimizing avoidable attrition, and revitalizing at-risk client relationships.
• Capability to identify emerging client challenges, create resolution plans, maintain stakeholder accountability, and ensure follow-through until risks are addressed.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate successfully with subject matter experts.
• Excellent relationship-building, listening, and client advisory skills.
• Experience in advising and influencing hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and operational leaders.
• Proficient in analyzing revenue cycle performance trends, identifying root causes, quantifying financial impacts, and presenting recommendations and recovery plans.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• At least 3 years of experience leading client-facing RCM services, operations, performance improvements, or complex account recovery initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in strategic account management, healthcare technology, or health information systems.
