This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and manage executive relationships with major enterprise clients.
• Facilitate value realization across the TruBridge portfolio, encompassing EHR and third-party solutions.
• Formulate and execute client success strategies aimed at retention, satisfaction, risk mitigation, and growth goals.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client organizations and their healthcare landscapes.
• Assess client satisfaction and engagement through feedback, executive discussions, adoption rates, service performance, and relationship metrics.
• Generate value realization reports that illustrate client ROI and guide renewal and growth opportunities.
• Conduct executive-level performance reviews in collaboration with financial and operational leaders.
• Convert revenue cycle data into actionable insights that enhance cash collections, accounts receivable, denial rates, billing efficiency, and overall financial health.
• Lead cross-functional Financial Health teams along with subject matter experts.
• Identify performance challenges, create corrective action plans, designate responsibilities, eliminate obstacles, and enforce accountability.
• Act as the executive escalation point for significant RCM service and performance concerns.
• Oversee client risk management, mitigation strategies, retention exposure, and unresolved escalations.
• Recognize and evaluate upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the sales team.
• Take ownership of overall client execution, retention, renewal preparedness, satisfaction, risk reduction, and sustainable growth.
• Develop best practices for managing client profitability, invoicing, collections, write-offs, and contractual agreements.
• Align qualified clients with the TruBridge reference program.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proven experience in enhancing healthcare revenue cycle performance.
• Familiarity with cash collections, accounts receivable aging, denial performance, billing quality, and payer or contractual outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in improving client satisfaction, safeguarding renewals, minimizing preventable attrition, and revitalizing at-risk client relationships.
• Capacity to identify emerging client issues, establish resolution strategies, uphold stakeholder accountability, and mitigate risks.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Strong skills in relationship-building.
• Experience in advising and influencing hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and operational leaders.
• Proficient in analyzing revenue cycle performance trends, identifying root causes, quantifying financial impacts, and presenting recommendations and recovery plans.
• Minimum of 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading client-facing RCM services, operations, performance improvement, or complex account recovery initiatives.
• Preferred background in strategic account management, healthcare technology, or health information systems.
• 4% annual bonus.
