This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage executive relationships with leading enterprise clients.
• Facilitate value realization across the TruBridge portfolio, encompassing EHR and third-party solutions.
• Formulate and execute client success strategies that focus on retention, satisfaction, risk mitigation, and growth.
• Maintain an understanding of client organizations and the healthcare landscape.
• Evaluate client satisfaction and engagement through feedback, executive discussions, solution adoption, service performance, and relationship metrics.
• Generate value realization reports that illustrate ROI and aid in executive business reviews and renewal choices.
• Connect qualified clients with the TruBridge reference program.
• Conduct executive-level performance evaluations with client financial and operational leaders.
• Transform revenue cycle data into actionable strategies that enhance cash collections, accounts receivable, denial management, billing efficiency, and overall financial health.
• Lead cross-functional Financial Health teams and subject matter experts.
• Identify performance challenges, create corrective action plans, assign responsibilities, eliminate obstacles, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
• Develop best practices for managing client profitability, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-offs, and contractual agreements.
• Act as the executive escalation point for significant RCM service and performance challenges.
• Oversee client risk, mitigation strategies, retention, renewal preparedness, satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
• Identify and assess upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proven experience in enhancing healthcare revenue cycle performance.
• Familiarity with cash collections, accounts receivable aging, denial metrics, billing quality, and payer or contractual outcomes.
• Documented success in improving client satisfaction, safeguarding renewals, minimizing avoidable attrition, and recovering at-risk client relationships.
• Ability to create resolution plans, uphold stakeholder accountability, and reduce client risk.
• Capacity to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with others.
• Strong skills in building relationships.
• Experience in advising and influencing hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and operational leaders.
• Proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle trends, identifying underlying issues, quantifying financial impacts, and delivering recommendations.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading client-facing RCM services, operations, performance enhancement, or complex account recovery initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in strategic account management, healthcare technology, or health information systems.
