📋 Description

• Serve as the BX lead on key global pitches and new business initiatives.

• Integrate the BX perspective into pitches from the outset and redefine business challenges.

• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with CMO, CSO, and CEO stakeholders.

• Conduct diagnostic sessions in collaboration with account teams to advance client relationships into enterprise strategy.

• Produce and sustain next-generation BX materials, frameworks, insights, and signature assets.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on discovery, user journey mapping, and the development of next-generation digital media products and advertising formats.

• Convert transformation roadmaps, regional data sets, and technical insights into narratives that unify decentralized global teams.

• Generate BX-quality case studies featuring named clients and their outcomes.

• Develop and uphold proprietary practice assets, including diagnostic frameworks and published indexes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in structured problem-solving models (e.g., MECE, Issue Trees, SWOT) and change management methodologies.

• Practical knowledge of generative AI workflows, algorithmic audience targeting, predictive analytics, and emerging media channels.

• Proficiency in design thinking, rapid prototyping concepts, and collaboration with UX/UI teams.

• Outstanding ability to create compelling presentations and data visualizations.

• Extensive knowledge of advanced marketing attribution models, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and evaluating the financial impact of business transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Media Studies.

• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital product strategy, or corporate strategy.
