This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of Analytics clients throughout the entire lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
• Ensure visibility of client goals, usage metrics, account health, potential risks, and opportunities, while advancing relationships.
• Comprehend client decision-making processes, workflows, and business challenges to identify how Guidewire’s data and analytics solutions can assist.
• Convert vague requirements into actionable use cases and support clients in integrating capabilities into their workflows.
• Manage renewal preparedness and proactively identify and mitigate retention risks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Portfolio Leaders to cultivate expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
• Establish trusted relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate complex client organizations, identify key decision-makers and advocates, manage difficult conversations, and guide clients in maximizing the value of Guidewire Analytics.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Support, Professional Services, and other specialists to resolve challenges and further client objectives.
• Advocate for client needs internally, communicate product gaps and emerging requirements, and align client priorities with Guidewire’s capabilities and product roadmap.
• Develop a deep understanding of Guidewire’s Analytics portfolio and pertinent data and risk domains.
• Share successful use cases and best practices across the client portfolio.
• Participate in client events, industry discussions, and the ongoing enhancement of Guidewire’s Analytics offerings.
• A minimum of five years in customer success, consulting, sales, account management, or a similar client-facing position.
• Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and achieving commercial results.
• Familiarity with data, analytics, or technology solutions is essential.
• Ability to apply data insights to inform business decisions.
• Experience with weather, natural hazards, property, geospatial, environmental, or other risk-related data is highly valued.
• Capable of posing the right questions, structuring intricate or ambiguous problems, and transforming business requirements into practical solutions.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, datasets, integrations, analytical models, and dashboards without needing software engineering or data science expertise.
• Skilled at identifying client risks and growth opportunities, balancing client and commercial priorities, and managing renewal, usage, and expansion discussions.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment where products, processes, and requirements are continuously changing.
• Proficient in making pragmatic decisions with limited information, taking initiative, and swiftly adapting to changing priorities.
• Able to establish credibility with senior, business, and technical stakeholders and mobilize teams across various departments without direct authority.
• Inquisitive and capable of quickly acquiring knowledge about new products, datasets, technologies, and use cases.
• Background in P&C insurance is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with data utilization in risk selection, pricing, underwriting, or claims processes is advantageous.
• This position requires travel to client sites, Guidewire offices, and relevant industry events as necessary.
