This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and nurture ongoing relationships with Scicom's technology, ISV, and strategic partners.
• Act as the primary internal liaison for partner programs, requirements, initiatives, and communications.
• Comprehend the structures of partner programs, certification prerequisites, competency levels, advantages, and available resources.
• Maintain documentation and centralized tracking systems for partner requirements, certifications, expiration dates, and renewals.
• Monitor and coordinate employee training and certification achievements across partner programs.
• Discover new training and certification opportunities that align with Scicom's technical expertise and strategic goals.
• Organize and participate in meetings with partner and channel representatives.
• Cultivate relationships with partner account managers, channel managers, technical teams, and alliance representatives.
• Identify and optimize partner incentives, rebates, credits, funding opportunities, marketing, and training resources.
• Keep track of program changes and relay requirements and opportunities to leadership.
• Coordinate partner applications, documentation, renewals, business plans, and compliance obligations.
• Identify opportunities for joint business development, co-selling, referrals, lead generation, and partner-supported client initiatives.
• Align certifications and partner investments with Scicom's service offerings and growth strategy.
• Assist with partner portals, opportunity registration, deal registration, certification records, and administrative partner functions.
• Update leadership on partner status, certification advancements, requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Proven experience in channel management, strategic alliances, technology partnerships, vendor management, or a comparable role.
• Prior experience with technology vendors, ISVs, cloud providers, SaaS companies, or IT consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Understanding of partner programs, certification processes, and technology vendor ecosystems.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing requirements across multiple partners simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Aptitude for working effectively with technical staff, sales teams, executives, and external partner representatives.
• Strong commitment to follow-through and attention to deadlines, certification requirements, and partner program milestones.
• Comfortable working independently in a consulting or part-time role.
• Experience with partner portals, CRM systems, certification tracking, or similar tools is preferred.
• Part-time consultant arrangement.
