Strategic Alliances Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement collaborative business strategies, revenue objectives, pipeline initiatives, and field engagement priorities for designated partners.

• Mobilize the Accurate and partner Sales and Account Management teams to generate, advance, and secure new business and expansion prospects.

• Foster executive, sales, product, marketing, and alliance relationships within partner organizations.

• Create scalable enablement, account-mapping, and engagement processes to enhance partner involvement, opportunity generation, and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Integration teams to promote partner objectives and facilitate integration strategies and execution.

• Monitor pipeline, revenue, engagement, and partner KPIs to pinpoint deficiencies, prioritize investments, and enhance outcomes.

• Assess and implement partnership prospects, new channels, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Manage the growth and performance of an allocated partner portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, business development, or channel management within HR technology, HCM, recruiting technology, or related enterprise tech fields.

• Proven track record in managing partnerships that yield measurable pipeline and revenue.

• Deep understanding of the HR technology and HCM landscape.

• Established ability to cultivate and influence senior and executive-level relationships across intricate organizations.

• Experience in formulating joint go-to-market strategies and executing them effectively.

• Strong commercial acumen and capacity to leverage pipeline and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Integration, and other cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Background screening experience is preferred.

• Experience managing Workday or another complex enterprise HCM partnership is preferred.

• Familiarity with the broader HCM, ATS, and AI-enabled talent acquisition technology ecosystem is preferred.

• Experience with Crossbeam, Gong, 6sense, or similar go-to-market platforms is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred.

• Must currently reside in one of the specified U.S. states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NC, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV.
