This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer high-level strategic advice to the President & CEO of Sacramento Ultrasound Institute as the organization enhances its programs, partnerships, and regional outreach.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships throughout Northern California health systems to broaden clinical rotation sites and secure long-term affiliation agreements.
• Facilitate introductions, engage in select executive discussions, and bolster SUI’s partnership positioning.
• Provide counsel on strategic positioning, market timing, and industry demand for forthcoming CT, Mammography, and Electrophysiology programs.
• Assess program design against workforce requirements identified by hiring managers and imaging directors.
• Identify key employer partners for program launches.
• Foster discussions with health systems interested in co-financing student cohorts in return for guaranteed hiring pipelines.
• Advise on partnership frameworks, pricing models, and negotiation strategies.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO regarding expansion, market positioning, competitive landscape, organizational structure, and long-term vision.
• Represent SUI at select industry events, executive discussions, and health system meetings.
• Enhance SUI’s communications and partnership development through name recognition and reputation where appropriate and mutually agreed upon.
• Proven healthcare executive with established relationships, a strong reputation, and operational expertise.
• Experience managing large imaging enterprises.
• Understanding of the interconnections between workforce, operations, and reimbursement.
• Capacity to provide strategic guidance and sound judgment at the executive level.
• Ability to access and cultivate relationships with Northern California health systems and community hospital networks.
• Competence in advising on the positioning, timing, and workforce demand for CT, Mammography, and Electrophysiology programs.
• Skill in identifying employer partners and developing employer-sponsored student cohorts.
• Expertise in advising on partnership structure, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
• Willingness and capability to represent SUI at key industry events, executive discussions, and health system meetings.
