This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Assist in Medline’s sales initiatives within significant regional, national, or strategic accounts.
• Aid in the execution of sales strategies to meet new revenue and service objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of current accounts while generating revenue from assigned accounts.
• Support operational execution, ensure profitability, maintain current sales volumes, and drive sales growth.
• Help expand market share through effective sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Provide customer support to retain business and enhance profitability.
• Address issues and guarantee exceptional customer service.
• Maintain direct contact with key clients in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to establish new accounts and manage accounts at risk of loss.
• Sustain current sales programs.
• Collaborate with the Medline Field Sales team to advance sales objectives and initiatives.
• Facilitate both formal and informal RFP processes.
• Create and implement sales tools and programs; educate and communicate on activities and successes.
• Manage account program expenditures, including advertising, rebates, buyback, and slotting allowances.
• Monitor customer sales performance against set objectives and report findings to management.
• Generate and distribute reports on contracts, programs, and key focus areas.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinically related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of account management and/or sales experience.
• Experience in preparing business plans that align with and support sales strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver technical presentations to various group sizes.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and its applications.
• Proficient in CRM software as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Position necessitates travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (including overnight travel, both in-state and out-of-state).
