πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Execute strategic business initiatives to achieve or surpass sales targets while adhering to both company and regulatory guidelines.

β€’ Conduct face-to-face consultations with various prescribers and key office personnel on a daily basis.

β€’ Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the prescribing platforms utilized in medical offices.

β€’ Provide education on formulary requirements and ensure adherence to them.

β€’ Analyze and utilize sales data to formulate and execute effective strategies.

β€’ Efficiently manage and allocate promotional budget resources.

β€’ Work collaboratively with sales representatives and leadership within the designated territory.

β€’ Engage daily with pharmacies to ensure the proper application of patient access resources.

β€’ Inform prescribers and staff about resources that enhance access to the product portfolio.

β€’ Build and sustain relationships with key healthcare professionals and pharmacies.

β€’ Share effective practices and maintain proactive communication with colleagues.

β€’ Participate in company-sponsored events and meetings.

β€’ Travel requirements: 50%


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

β€’ At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales is required.

β€’ Previous experience in the Dermatology market is highly preferred.

β€’ Experience in patient access or reimbursement roles is strongly preferred.

β€’ Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple business partners.

β€’ Established relationships with pharmacies in the relevant geographic area are preferred.

β€’ Capability to understand, interpret, and convey the requirements of regional and national payers to peers and clients.

β€’ Familiarity with EMR/e-scribing systems is necessary.

β€’ Experience in educating entire office staff about drug manufacturer copay programs.

β€’ Proven track record in developing relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and key customers.

β€’ A master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.

β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

β€’ Ability to manage multiple programs with conflicting timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.

β€’ Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.

β€’ Visa sponsorship is not available.

β€’ A valid driver's license is required.

β€’ Must meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including any necessary vaccination prerequisites.
