This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of a portfolio consisting of existing Momentive clients, serving as their primary contact post-sale.
β’ Oversee the entire renewal process, proactively identifying potential churn risks.
β’ Discover and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the Momentive product range, which includes Aptify, NimbleAMS, and GiveSmart.
β’ Conduct quarterly business reviews to reassess client objectives, showcase the value delivered, and outline subsequent steps.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with various stakeholders within each account.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.
β’ Keep Salesforce updated with account strategies, renewal timelines, opportunity phases, and upcoming actions.
β’ Monitor net revenue retention, renewal rates, and expansion goals, providing regular reports.
β’ Relay client feedback to Product and Marketing teams to guide the product roadmap.
β’ Stay informed about the technological landscape in the association and nonprofit sectors.
β’ Work alongside the Director on account strategy, deal planning, and pipeline assessments.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Sales β Account Management.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing sales position, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
β’ Proven track record of achieving or surpassing retention and renewal objectives.
β’ Experience in identifying and executing expansion opportunities within an established account base.
β’ Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to maximize impact.
β’ Experience working with accounts that have multiple stakeholders or decision-makers.
β’ Familiarity with the association, nonprofit, or membership technology sectors is advantageous.
β’ Daily use of Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage accounts, pipelines, and renewals.
β’ Proficient in Gong, Salesloft, or other comparable sales engagement tools.
β’ Competence in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, for account and portfolio analysis.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Ability to effectively manage a full portfolio of accounts and renewal processes.
β’ Consultative mindset for asking questions and resolving issues.
β’ Comfortable working with numerical data and articulating account health.
β’ Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
β’ Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
