This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of current Momentive clients as the primary contact following the sale.
• Oversee the renewal process from beginning to end, proactively addressing churn risks.
• Recognize and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Momentive product range, including Aptify, NimbleAMS, and GiveSmart.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to reassess client objectives, showcase value delivered, and outline subsequent steps.
• Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders within each account.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Keep Salesforce account plans updated, including renewal dates, opportunity stages, and next actions.
• Monitor net revenue retention, renewal rates, and expansion goals, providing regular reports.
• Communicate client feedback and trends to the Product and Marketing teams.
• Stay informed about the technology landscape in the association and nonprofit sectors.
• Work alongside the Director on account planning, deal strategies, and pipeline assessments.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing retention and renewal objectives.
• Experience in identifying and securing expansion opportunities within an established account base.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Proficient in navigating accounts with multiple stakeholders or decision-makers.
• Familiarity with the association, nonprofit, or membership technology sectors is advantageous.
• Daily use of Salesforce or a similar CRM for tracking accounts, pipelines, and renewals.
• Comfortable using Gong, Salesloft, or other sales engagement tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel for account and portfolio reporting.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized in portfolio and renewal management.
• Consultative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret account health metrics and communicate them clearly.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
