Strategic Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and expand a portfolio of significant Banking and Fintech partnerships.

• Serve as the primary post-sale contact, overseeing daily relationships with Banking and Fintech partners.

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly partner calls, ensuring clear actions and accountability.

• Lead Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews with senior stakeholders.

• Foster multi-threaded relationships across Product, Treasury, Compliance, and Commercial teams.

• Discover opportunities to enhance payment volumes, expand corridors, and increase product adoption.

• Drive revenue growth through existing partnerships.

• Assist with upselling, cross-selling, and expanding new use cases in collaboration with Sales.

• Monitor account pipelines and transform opportunities into live flows.

• Facilitate enablement sessions for partner Sales and Product teams.

• Coordinate efforts across Compliance, Product, Implementations, and Finance.

• Identify and eliminate onboarding, integration, and operational obstacles.

• Navigate KYC, safeguarding, API integrations, and payment processes.

• Provide guidance to partners on scaling their cross-border payments offerings.

• Analyze volumes, revenue, and adoption metrics to pinpoint trends and growth opportunities.

• Contribute market and partner insights to the Product roadmap and innovation efforts.

• Track partner performance and develop actionable growth strategies.

• Maintain reporting for Sales leadership, Product, and Compliance teams.

• Ensure partner satisfaction and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-border payments, fintech, or banking partnerships (Account Management or Sales).

• Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure (FX, global accounts, payables/receivables, APIs).

• Experience in managing enterprise or strategic partnerships involving multiple stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• High levels of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
