This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for designated provider and payer executives, as well as client stakeholders.
• Ensure that contractual obligations and essential enablement factors for Bamboo Bridge engagement and adoption are fulfilled.
• Oversee client account strategy, governance, and outcomes related to Bamboo and client pro formas.
• Promote the adoption of the Bamboo Bridge operational playbook and expand use cases across assigned clients.
• Build and sustain relationships with provider and payer stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to validate ROI and strategic alignment.
• Spot opportunities for improvement, expansion, upselling, and enhancement of services.
• Lead strategic conversations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of behavioral health care navigation programs.
• Serve as an escalation point for internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering on scopes of work, change orders, and documentation for service enhancements.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, project additions, and other modifications to contracts.
• Guide clients on incorporating Bamboo Bridge into wider public health initiatives and systems.
• Identify repetitive tasks and introduce scalable automation solutions in collaboration with team leads.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in strategic healthcare accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
• Experience in managing intricate, multi-stakeholder partnerships across different regions.
• Account management experience in healthcare IT, value-based care, healthcare services, SaaS, or a comparable field.
• A background in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder sectors is advantageous.
• Proven success in client retention and account growth through strategic relationship management.
• Experience with complex contract management and negotiation processes.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to convey complex software concepts into business value.
• Proven ability to utilize data analytics and AI-driven insights effectively.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in challenging payer and provider environments.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Willingness to use or learn AI-supported tools and new technologies.
• Availability to travel periodically for work commitments.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
