This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Achieve annual revenue targets for a portfolio comprising five or more mid-market accounts.
• Lead client development strategies and strategic planning for assigned accounts.
• Develop annual and long-term revenue forecasts that align with client strategic objectives.
• Foster and grow partnerships with senior executive leadership within the retail sector.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts to enhance profitability and drive growth.
• Oversee, recruit, and mentor a cross-functional sales team.
• Create and execute client development strategies for assigned accounts.
• Offer guidance to executives on shelf-edge and in-store media choices.
• Provide thought leadership regarding retail technology and solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Solutions, and Shopper teams to formulate account growth strategies.
• Acquire new business through gaining executive buy-in and aligning stakeholders.
• Align emerging solutions with opportunities within the account portfolio.
• Review annual reports and strategic documents to discern client objectives.
• Identify client challenges and barriers to achieving organizational goals.
• Collaborate with innovation and strategy teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Present and advocate for the value proposition of data-integrated media platforms.
• Partner with Marketing to develop customized sales materials that demonstrate ROI.
• Guide retailer measurement standards to enhance top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.
• Coordinate with the shelfAdz® group to meet media network and revenue goals.
• Promote the adoption of Media Solutions tactics across the client portfolio.
• Direct prospecting and proposal development efforts.
• Provide precise sales forecasts for media network components.
• At least three years of experience in providing enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder outsourcing strategies or solutions within the retail sector.
• Experience in systems or technology outsourcing is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing influential partnerships with senior executive leadership at major retailers.
• Professional experience with a marketing services provider, technology firm, management consultancy, or in complex industrial sales—preferably in a leadership or business development role.
• Documented success in consistently meeting or surpassing established revenue and profitability goals.
• Demonstrated ability to expand and scale existing business operations within a complex retail ecosystem.
• Advanced consultative selling abilities, including sophisticated negotiation, conflict resolution, account management, and the execution of next-generation sales strategies.
• Thorough understanding of positioning complex services across Operations, Merchandising, IT, and Marketing.
• Exceptional analytical skills and interpersonal capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
• Capacity to transition between high-level strategic planning and hands-on, tactical sales execution.
• Proficient in delivering oral presentations and creating executive-level slide decks.
• Familiarity with standard CRM platforms, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Occasional travel to various locations is anticipated, estimating 25-50% travel time.
