This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Represent the brands SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse.
• Promote the product lineup to targeted aesthetic clientele within a specified geographical region.
• Directly sell skincare products dispensed by physicians and skin resurfacing systems.
• Implement pull-through initiatives and organize patient events.
• Utilize and manage essential resources while contributing to high-performing sales teams.
• Provide technical expertise on products and procedures, ensuring competitive differentiation.
• Meet assigned sales targets through consultative selling and the execution of US sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with teams from Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, CoolSculpting, APCs, Marketing, and other Allergan sales units.
• Manage reports, requests, compliance policies, field assets, expenses, computers, and allocated equipment efficiently.
• Attain sales quotas for skincare items, consumables, and equipment.
• Implement marketing strategies, manage device placements, and execute pull-through product promotions.
• Develop call strategies across the entire product portfolio.
• Demonstrate Dermalinfusion treatments while educating customers on proper techniques.
• Conduct consultative sales activities, including needs assessment, presentations, handling objections, closing deals, and follow-ups.
• Cultivate customer relationships and oversee both new and existing customer accounts.
• Assist in customer business development, manage account orders, office merchandising, and pull-through activities.
• Create and execute territory business plans based on performance metrics.
• Utilize Excel, internet resources, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools effectively.
• Educate customers through individual and group presentations and training sessions.
• Communicate differentiating product messaging and maintain technical proficiency across Allergan and competing portfolios.
• Discuss support studies and materials while staying knowledgeable about the aesthetics market.
• Implement marketing tactics and provide insights to the marketing team.
• Clearly articulate strategy to the Regional Manager and team members.
• Comply with travel and expense policies diligently.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related business field is preferred; relevant industry experience is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is essential.
• Experience in business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales is preferred.
• A background in aesthetics sales or related experience with a skincare company is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Strong analytical skills are necessary.
• A solid business acumen is essential.
• Proven selling abilities are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills are crucial.
• Proficient negotiation and contract skills are required.
• Financial and budgetary experience is important.
• Willingness and ability to travel are required.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications is required.
