This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Serve as a representative for the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands, promoting the product lineup to targeted aesthetic clients within a specified geographic region.
• Directly sell physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems.
• Implement pull-through programs and events aimed at patients.
• Utilize and manage essential resources while contributing to high-performing sales teams to optimize coverage of targeted clients.
• Offer technical expertise on products and procedures, highlighting competitive product differentiation.
• Meet assigned sales targets through innovative, consultative selling and the execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing strategy.
• Promote the adoption of the SKM Portfolio, including non-surgical/non-invasive skin resurfacing technologies, topical skincare products, and the SkinMedica range.
• Collaborate with teams in Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Coolsculpting, APCs, Marketing, and other Allergan sales divisions.
• Oversee field assets and resources, including expenses, computer equipment, and allocated tools.
• Consistently reach sales targets for skincare products, consumables, and equipment.
• Implement marketing strategies, manage device placements, and execute product promotion initiatives.
• Develop call plans across the product range while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrate Dermalinfusion treatments and instruct clients on proper techniques.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and effectively manage time with both new and existing clients.
• Aid in the business development of clients by evaluating product needs, processing account orders, merchandising offices, and supporting events.
• Analyze territory metrics and formulate and execute territory business plans.
• Utilize Excel, internet resources, PowerPoint, and sales reporting software.
• Educate clients through individual and group presentations and training sessions.
• Communicate differentiating messages and technical knowledge effectively across Allergan and competitor product lines.
• Provide input on marketing plan execution and communicate strategies to regional managers and team members.
• Adhere to required reporting, requests, compliance regulations, and travel/expense policies.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience is required.
• Experience in business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales is preferred.
• A background in aesthetics sales or related experience with a skincare company is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective contract negotiation skills.
• Experience in financial/budgetary management.
• Willingness to travel.
