This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Serve as a representative for the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands while promoting the product range to targeted aesthetic clients within a specified geographic region.
• Engage in direct sales of physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems.
• Implement pull-through initiatives and events aimed at patients.
• Offer technical expertise on products and procedures, highlighting competitive product advantages.
• Utilize Allergan Medical resources to enhance the adoption of the SkinMedica portfolio, which includes skin resurfacing equipment, topical skincare consumables, and SkinMedica products.
• Collaborate effectively with Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, CoolSculpting, APCs, Marketing, and other Allergan sales teams.
• Consistently meet sales targets for skincare products, consumables, and equipment.
• Execute marketing strategies, including device placements and promotional activities for pull-through products.
• Develop call plans, nurture customer relationships, educate clients, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and support business growth initiatives.
• Analyze territory metrics, formulate territory business plans, manage expenses and resources, complete reports, and adhere to company policies.
• Distribute product samples and educate customers on the features and benefits of devices and products.
• Communicate differentiating messages, discuss supporting studies/materials, and maintain technical knowledge of Allergan and competitive products.
• Clearly communicate strategy to the Regional Manager and team members while providing insights on marketing plan execution.
• Oversee field assets and assigned equipment, including computers.
• Travel approximately 20% of the time.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience is required.
• Experience in business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales is preferred.
• A background in aesthetics sales or relevant experience with a skincare company is highly desirable.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• Solid business acumen is required.
• Demonstrated selling skills are necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficient negotiation and contract management skills are essential.
• Experience with financial and budgetary matters is necessary.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs. is necessary.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications is required.
