This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement Account Growth Plans for designated PSG accounts.
• Lead effective Account Management Teams for PSG while collaborating with corporate-level teams to identify and advance opportunities towards closure.
• Recognize and develop proactive, strategic offerings that address client needs, capabilities, and financial aspects.
• Oversee governance programs for client portfolios across various service lines and global locations.
• Report on and facilitate actions based on KPIs that evaluate relationship health and operational performance.
• Address and manage above-site issues through effective communication and engagement with internal and client executives.
• Propel improvement initiatives, ensure adherence to contract terms, and maximize value delivery.
• Promote harmonization among sites and foster continuous improvement using a PPI approach.
• Execute network-level sales and operations planning processes where beneficial.
• Forecast, communicate, and report sales objectives utilizing CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Cultivate influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders and lead through influence.
• Inspire action with a positive and resilient attitude in dynamic business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a scientific discipline, pharmacy, or a related business field.
• MBA is highly preferred.
• Proven sales and account management experience in the pharmaceutical or a comparable industry is essential.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical product development, cGMP requirements, and CDMO/CRO services is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comprehension of financial models, including cash flow, revenue recognition, return on investment, and risk allocation.
• Experience in engaging with executives, including C-suite leaders.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial, program management, or relationship management positions.
• Proven track record with complex initiatives in a matrix environment that has broad, high-value impact.
• Strong history of coordinating activities across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, action-oriented, and possess a customer-advocacy mindset.
