This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle for a designated group of 25–50 named Fortune 500 accounts, encompassing prospecting, closing, onboarding, enrollment, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop and sustain strategic account plans for each named account.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and broker/consultant partners.
• Collaborate with Wagmo's Implementation/Technical team to ensure seamless and timely onboarding while retaining the role of accountable executive relationship owner.
• Promote employee awareness and engagement during open enrollment periods in partnership with employer HR/Communications teams and Wagmo Marketing.
• Recognize and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including new product lines, expanded eligible populations, and additional coverage tiers.
• Oversee renewal risk management, business cases, and negotiations related to renewals.
• Act as the senior point of contact for named accounts, fostering executive-level relationships.
• Provide forecasts and reports on new bookings, enrollment/adoption health, and renewal/expansion pipelines.
• Work in collaboration with Implementation, Partner/Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B/SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated capability in managing a named strategic account list from start to finish — including sales, expansion, and renewal for the same accounts.
• Proven success in selling to and nurturing long-term relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders within Fortune 500 / large enterprise companies.
• Experience collaborating with brokers/consultants in a benefits or similarly regulated, cyclical purchasing environment.
• Established track record of defending and increasing revenue during renewals.
• Comfortable working alongside technical/implementation specialists for delivery purposes.
• Possess a strong executive presence when interacting with VP/C-level stakeholders in Fortune 500 organizations.
• Excellent discipline in forecasting for new bookings, enrollment health, and renewal/expansion pipelines.
• Familiarity with CRM and account-planning tools, such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
• History of top performance in new business and account growth activities, such as being recognized in President's Club or as Rep of the Year.
