This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for new strategic logo opportunities, from qualification to closing.
• Oversee renewals and expansion efforts within designated strategic accounts.
• Manage, retain, renew, and grow a specified list of large enterprise target accounts in wealth management.
• Facilitate in-person executive meetings, onsite discovery sessions, and travel for conferences.
• Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across executive, operational, technology, and procurement sectors.
• Guide complex discovery processes, product validation, business case creation, proposal execution, and negotiations.
• Promote whitespace expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and developing executive-level accounts.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, SDRs, Customer Success, Delivery, Legal, and Product teams to advance significant deals.
• Maintain account planning, executive mapping, and Salesforce forecasting discipline.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and key customer meetings.
• Achieve annual new-logo, renewal, and expansion ARR targets.
• Build pipeline coverage, win enterprise opportunities, ensure forecast accuracy, and enhance strategic account penetration.
• Minimum of 7 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated success in selling to large financial services, wealth management, or similarly intricate enterprise environments.
• Possess executive presence and the capability to engage senior leaders with assurance and credibility.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to create account plans that identify new opportunities.
• Skilled in multi-stakeholder selling, renewal management, negotiation, and orchestration of deals.
• Comfortable navigating long sales cycles with multiple components and high visibility.
• Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies and forecasting practices.
• Candidates must be based in the Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones at the time of application.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time is required.
• Preferred: experience in selling wealthtech, fintech, regtech, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Preferred: experience with regional wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers, or advisor platforms.
• Preferred: familiarity with MEDDPIC, Challenger, or other structured enterprise sales methodologies.
• Preferred: established network within wealth management or financial services technology.
• Preferred: proven success in winning competitive displacements.
• Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $185,000, plus commission.
• This is a fully remote position.
