This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Foster trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously improve clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and determination with a proven track record in challenging situations.
• Access to a personal auto or company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.
• Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology is advantageous, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Experience in account management across any industry.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or another advanced degree is desirable.
