This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the sales of Infovista’s Automated Assurance solution across the European region, taking ownership of the complete quote-to-cash process.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at major clients and potential customers.
• Formulate and implement account sales strategies and business plans aimed at driving growth and profitability.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline and deliver precise forecasts.
• Oversee regional marketing and sales-qualified leads while creating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, sales operations, product marketing, and product development teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
• Evaluate customer needs, identify business challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Engage with senior executives and convey technical concepts in an effective manner.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in selling products and solutions to Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and related sectors.
• At least 15 years of overall experience in the telecommunications and networking industry.
• Familiarity with service assurance systems and understanding of operators’ Operational Support Systems (OSS) environments.
• Experience in selling complex network-based applications, including voice, video, and mobile broadband services.
• Proficiency with OSS tools, radio planning tools, and network testing and optimization tools.
• Knowledge of automation and machine learning techniques aimed at reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Studies.
• Understanding of network testing, planning, optimization, monitoring, and performance management solutions.
• Advanced expertise and practical experience with at least one major B2B sales methodology.
• Proven track record of successful interactions with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel within the European region.
• Capability to assess customer needs, identify business issues, and present tailored solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of competitor offerings and unique technical features.
• Awareness of the challenges faced by mobile service providers in a multi-vendor environment.
• Ability to influence through effective communication of ideas and technical concepts.
• Capacity to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to multitask.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
