This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing strategic client accounts alongside Strategic Account Managers and/or Strategic Account Directors.

• Participate in strategic planning and oversee daily client communications.

• Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of work that aligns with client objectives.

• Create annual strategic and tactical plans, brand strategies, and project-level frameworks.

• Supervise project implementation and identify avenues to boost client success.

• Support scoping, budgeting, forecasting, account financial oversight, and team efficiency tracking.

• Act as the primary client contact for designated accounts.

• Transform client visions into actionable plans and high-quality outputs.

• Cultivate client trust and provide suggestions for enhancing brand performance and engagement.

• Recognize growth opportunities and innovative business concepts.

• Collaborate with program management on project briefs and initial meetings.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding strategy, timelines, and client expectations.

• Evaluate deliverables for accuracy and readiness prior to client presentation.

• Manage workload and prioritize tasks to ensure project momentum and team billability.

• Engage in and sometimes lead client meetings, status updates, planning sessions, and calls with healthcare professionals.

• Highlight team issues concerning timelines, budgets, and feedback.

• Stay informed on industry trends, scientific advancements, regulations, and competitive environments.

• Develop strategic, financial, and client management competencies.

• Represent Precision AQ both internally and externally.

• Prepare client plans and materials, address spontaneous client requests, support live meetings with clients or healthcare practitioners, and create necessary content.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year of account management experience in the medical communications or related field.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint design.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills.

• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or an advanced degree in management, marketing, or business is preferred.
