Store Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete operation of the Temu store, which includes managing product listings, pricing strategies, and catalog organization.

• Supervise inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and timely restocking.

• Utilize the 4Seller ERP system for managing orders, synchronizing inventory, and streamlining operational workflows.

• Enhance product listings to boost visibility, conversion rates, and competitiveness within the Temu marketplace.

• Track store performance metrics and deploy strategies to elevate sales and rankings.

• Address customer inquiries, process returns, and ensure compliance with Temu's seller policies.

• Keep abreast of changes to the Temu platform, including policies and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven, extensive experience in managing a store on Temu (must possess a thorough understanding of the platform).

• Demonstrated ability to independently list products, manage inventory, and handle daily store operations.

• Familiarity with the 4Seller ERP system (highly preferred) or similar e-commerce ERP/management systems.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing the store without supervision.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive communication abilities.

• Dependable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.

• Experience in managing stores across various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, AliExpress, etc.).

• Background in dropshipping, wholesale, or cross-border e-commerce.

• Proficient in data analysis for optimizing performance.

• Knowledge of additional ERP or multi-channel listing tools.
